Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tavra (the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a provider, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Tavra is an AI virtual secretary that normalizes communication, analyzes it, suggests responses and actions, tracks commitments and follow-ups, prepares meeting context, and delivers briefings. Unless you explicitly configure automation that grants the relevant permission, consequential actions are executed only after your approval. The Service is provided as-is, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the minimum age required to consent to the service in your jurisdiction. You may not share your account, sell access, or allow others to use it in violation of these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to access another user's or organization's data; circumventing access or rate limits; using the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; reverse-engineering the Service; reselling it without authorization; or using it to violate any applicable law or third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI suggestions and approvals
AI output is generated by models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving or rejecting every suggestion before it is executed. We are not liable for actions taken by you, on your behalf, or by automation you explicitly enabled. AI output is not a substitute for your own judgment, including for legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions.
6. Subscriptions and billing
The Service may be offered free or as a paid subscription. Prices, billing cycles, and included entitlements are shown before you check out. By starting a paid subscription you authorize the payment provider to charge the applicable fees until you cancel. Currency and amount are set by us based on the plan you select; features may change between plans. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Paymob) whose own terms apply to the payment itself.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time; it remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable except where the Service fails materially to operate as described. Refunds, where granted, may be issued by us or through the payment provider.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain all rights to the content you bring to the Service and grant us a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that results generated by AI will be accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have paid nothing, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, for conduct that threatens the security or operation of the Service or other users, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, where significant and where we have a contact address, notify you in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
